How A Follower Inspired A Product

We had a follower on Instagram reach out and tell us that they like what our company stands for, but they typically look for fragrance free products. I messaged them back right away and told them that we already formulated a fragrance free version of our Apples & BaNoNos Body Wash + Shampoo, it passed testing, and that we were waiting on labels. I asked them if they wanted to test out one of our samples of the products and they agreed... They said that they loved it!
